Herbal Planaria & Hydra Cleaner, use 1 full spoonfull (approximately 1g, spoon included) per 60ltr, either directly in the aquarium or mix in a container then add to your aquarium. Do a 20% water change after the second day, repeat again if necessary if the problem persists.
